Monday-Super Bass Booty Workout

This wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, so I'm feeling like maybe I didn't push hard enough. If I went faster, I'm confident my form would have been off though.

Workout breakdown:
12 minutes-18 rounds of 10/30 second
1. Sandbag swings
2. Seated pull up/knee crunch
3. Sandbag swing
4. Skater & leg lifts
5. Sandbag swings
6. Burpee Twist jump

I did much better than I thought I would with the skater/leg lifts. The burpee twist jumps, not so much. My core needs a lot of work to be doing pushups with my hands on the yoga ball. My weak wrists don't help matters. I felt the burn through the workout, but not as much as I wanted so afterwards I added some ab exercises: 20 knee hugs, 5 seated pull ups w/ 5 knee hugs (x4), 5 side plank leg lifts (I don't know the technical term), 5 side plank hip lifts. I really need to work on side plank routines. Definitely a weak area for me.

P.S. Boy am I glad Monday is over, but the meeting that I have every Monday that I'm not a fan of got moved to tomorrow. UGHHHHHHHHHH! I was hoping to get it all out of the way today. The one girl that is in the meeting once in a while was doing her typical play dumb routine last week and I was not having it. She pisses me off. Her "I didn't know" excuse is beyond old. How many times does someone have to be told something to know!!!??? GRRRR she for some reason was on our floor today for another meeting and came out of the bathroom stall while I was washing my hands. Her face instantly got red and her darting eyes surfaced. It kind of made me giggle on the inside :-)
