I took Friday off, which meant I should have killed it today (Saturday) considering I also took Wednesday off, but I only ended up riding bikes with Dan on the Little Miami Trail for 21 miles. We had some errands to run after that and since the sun was out, which doesn't seem to happen much when I'm not at work, I soaked up some rays for an hour or so. I think the sun made me sleepy. Tomorrow I'll be doing an interval workout. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it doesn't rain since we are going to be taking the dogs out to Harley's so they can swim in the lil lake. Maybe this time Bella won't be a chickenshit and will jump off of the dock like she did the time I wasn't there to witness it.
