6.30.11-Sexy Beast Workout

Dynamic squats-18, 17, 14, 15, 15, 17
Reverse Pushups-15, 9, 7, 7, 7, 6
Dive Bombers- 5, 3, 3, 2, 3, 1
Prisoner Getups- 5, 6, 5.5, 5, 4, 6

K, so I LOVE the dyanamic squats and the prisoner getups. Didn't do good with the reverse pushups after the first round. SUCKED AT DIVE BOMBERS. This was my first time doing them. My arms were already tired as shit from the reverse pushups, so that combined with having a terrible time getting the form right was very frustrating to say the least. I need to work on it on a daily basis. I'm going to use some chairs and a broomstick so I physically have something i have to dive under. I really hope i make progress. The reverse motion of it is super hard for me and I look as stiff as a board. Wasn't able to get the fluid motion down. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I make some progress with it.

Since I was so frustrated with my lack of ability to dive bombers properly, i added inchworm pushups at the end (6 rounds 10 sec/30 sec), and high knees (2 rounds 10 sec/30 sec).

I'm not sure why I feel so sluggish this week. I took Wednesday (6.29) off since I had to go out of town for an all day meeting. Something that small wrecked my groove for the entire day. I'm a creature of habit and like my normal daily routine. Straying far effs with me.

I'm going to check this workout out. I'm interested in the dynamic squat. Dive bombs suck ass. I feel like my insides are going to push out of my (excuse my vulgar term) vagina. HA! Seriously we have them on P90X and It always felt weird to me. What's an inch worm push up?
