Bodyrock.tv-Wow Booty Workout
Prior to my workout I ran a mile, which was a lil on the tough side because my allergies are kicking today but it wasn't too shabby. I ran an 8.25 mile.
The workout was:
Part 1: 4 minutes of 5 sec/10 sec intervals-High knees (max effort) then drop down on your belly for the 5 second rest. Pop back up to your feet, do more high knees. Do this for 16 rounds.
Part 2: 30 sets of sandbag compound exercise (see link) (this portion took me 6 minutes and some change)
Part 3: Same as part 1
The running and workout felt awesome. I was wore out afterwards but it was a good worn out. I caught my breath then did 20 medicine ball get ups then practiced knee jumps (normal-using my arms for momentum as well as prisoner style-hands behind head).
I am really impressed with my progress on the high knees. instead of them kicking my ass tonight, i kicked theirs. I think listening to terror during my workout helped me power through and keep pushing as hard as i could :-)
I just went upstairs to make sure I turned off the AC and my legs and butt are already starting to hurt. Tomorrow will be fun times. Wish me luck since I'll be sitting in meetings all day. Even better, I"m not getting to bed until 1am and i have to get up at at 5:30. Good planning on my part.

Hey sleepy head, remember you can't build muscle without enough sleep. You need your rest. Oh wait that was partly my fault from texting you OOPS! ha. But I'm really happy with your progress and practicing your other moves. I LOVE your form it's perfect!
