Holy hell, another workout that kicked my butt!
To give some background on my afternoon: This morning I was energized by the sun finally being out, but that was short lived. About 2:30 the dark clouds rolled in and we were greeted with yet another down pour :-/ Luckily, to add to the annoyance of not getting to enjoy any sunshine after work, the double decker bridge that I drive across to and from work had half of the lanes closed due to pieces of the top deck crumbling onto the bottom deck. Made for a great commute home! What normally takes 20 minutes from my desk to my doorstep took an hour-after staying at work an hour longer than I had intended. Any who, I thought I got that annoyance out of my system and would be able to kill the workout tonight but my scores were pretty weak. This was my first time doing this specific workout so I am anxious to see what my scores are the 2nd time around. I may just sub this workout in next week, or maybe over the weekend to work on improving. Gotta continue seeing those numbers increase, otherwise what's the point, right?
P.S. I sweat like a freakin' pig! I literally have beads of sweat dripping off of me half way through the workout. The pic was meant to show my sweatiness, but it's not as visible as it is in real life. I decided to keep the pic in the post so in a few months an can look back and see my improvement :)

I think you and I had about that same kind of day. I was SO annoyed today. I'll post it in my blog. It really amazed me how it effected my workout. You look amazing by the way. If my mid section looked half as good as yours I'd be super stoked. I do see the glistening on your arms though. =)
