K, so I was sick of looking for a video of this and found it easier to just record myself doing it vs. explaining it. It's not the greatest and since I sat the phone on a shelf (i had to get creative) this was the best I could do as far as angle and getting the full range of the exercise.
Keep in mind this was after my workout and I had already done 20 of these, so I was getting tired. Plus I still need to eat dinner and it's 11:00. Ooopsie!
