6.19.11-Interval workout w/Dan

15 minutes of 30 second intervals (no resting):
-pullups
-blaster pushups
-hold squat w/medicine ball toss 
-knee hugs 
-mountain climbers

holy moley. the mountain climbers are hard enough for me in general, but combined with the blaster pushups...wow, my legs felt like they were made of lead.
ha-during one of the pullup sets I couldn't stop laughing out of being in pain and hearing dan grunt out of pain. didn't help me with my reps.


On a side note, we went on a muddy trail walk/hike today at Devou park. I can't say I enjoyed the mud flinging up on my legs, the heavy shoes from the mud that was caked on them, and even more, my foot sliding into a mud puddle that resulted in a soaked sock. I am, however, happy I went along with Dan and Bella. Seeing them so happy was well worth the muddy endeavor.

I did a ton of mountain climbers right after power squats yesterday. oof.. Steve use to get so mad at me when I'd laugh during my weight exercise. It's just so hard working out in a gym with a bunch of grunters.
