* Part 1-9 rounds 10sec/10sec (no resting)
-KICK UPS
-MOUNTAIN CLIMBER PEAKS
* Part 2- 9 rounds 10sec/30sec (during 10 sec get position for next exercise)
-SIDE PLANK KNEE TUCK (LEFT & RIGHT SIDE)
-PRISONER GET UP
*Part 3-9 rounds 10sec/10sec
-PLANK JUMPS
-KNEE HUGS
As if I wasn't sweating enough just sitting on the third floor writing out my workout. The window A/C unit isn't installed on the 3rd floor yet-that's on the list of things to do this weekend-remember, heat rises-it feels like a freakin' oven up here. I was DRENCHED after this workout. The knee hugs were by far my favorite part of the workout <3. I need a lot of work on the side plank knee tucks. I'm not patient whatsoever, so hopefully i improve consistently the next few times I do them. If they don't come quickly, I need to have Dan give me the ol' "you have to crawl before you can walk" speech.

Oh my god, I feel for you. Working out in the heat totally blows. Almost makes the workout miserable. I have a fan blowing on me the whole time so it's kills the heat some. I'm stoked you started your blog. It looks great.
