WIld & Free exercise challenge

Bodyrock.Tv-Wild & Free Exercise challenge

I knew this was going to be tough going in. As we know, nobody said it would be easy. The workout consisted of 10 rounds of:
25 sandbag swings on each arm
100 high knees w/jump rope

I wasn't the slightest bit worried about the 250 sandbag swings per arm, but the 1000 high knees had me a little concernicus. I actually had it bouncing around in my head off and on all day. Based on how tough they have been for me in past workouts there was a little voice in the back of my head that was making me wonder if I could really get through 10 rounds of the routine. It took me a total of 34.14 to get through the entire thing, which is not a good time but i got through the whole thing and paid close attention to form so I'm pretty proud of myself. The last 3 sets of high knees w/ the jump rope actually were my best. I was finally getting into my groove. For the first 2 sets I had 25 lbs in the sandbag, the next 3 I bumped it down to 20 lbs, then the last 5 I switched to the 15 lb kettlebell.
I was 99% sure that I was going to throw up by the end of the workout but I managed to limit it to 1 puking in the mouth instance. Gotta love pushing yourself!

Your posts make me want to push harder. Those little demons in our heads sabotaging what we are capable of. And reading this makes me so proud of you.
