-sandbag squats (25 lb bag) (25, 23, 23, 23)
-high knees w/ jump rope (68, 52, 52, 50)
-reverse pushups (19, 15, 14, 14)
Considering that I'm exhausted today, I'm pretty Ok with my scores. I'm even more OK with the fact that my brussel sprouts and bulgar wheat didn't make a guest appearance :)
6.15.11 "Dead man's burpee challenge"

The goal (set by zuzana) was to do 100 dead man's burpees (harder than regular burpees) in 10 minutes. I knew it would be tough but thought I could get 100. not so much. I did get close, 98. my punishment was doing 10 more after a minute or so of rest, along with high leg raises on the dip station. next time I will make dead man's burpees my bitch.

The high knees kicked my arse as I expected they would, but I powered through (Keve). There may or may not have been some profanity that slipped out on the last set of high knees with the jump rope.

I did the entire workout in 12:43, which I didn't think was that bad until I saw that some finished in under 9 minutes. Looks like someone needs to step up their game!
