I didn't end up doing a workout last night in addition to my 10 mile bike ride, so I decided to do the Butt Bible disc 2 early in the day and doing something else this evening.
So I take back my irritation with the Butt Bible that I had when I did disc 1. I just got done doing disc 2-lower body and by the end of it, my left butt cheek was twitching. I have a feeling my legs and butt are going to be sooooore tomorrow.
P.S. I was pleasantly surprised with the "Rise and Shine"smoothie that I made this morning:
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup cooked sweet potato
1 tsp honey
3/4 cup skim milk
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup oats
handful of ice cubes
