12 minutes-18 intervals (10 sec/30 sec)
-Commando Pushups (12, 10, 9, 10, 9, 8)
-Sandbag squat and push kick (6, 8, 10, 10, 8, 8)
-Single Knee Tucks (9, 8 12, 12, 11, 12)
I always start to lose count when I'm having to think about something else to get me through a workout. Today I think I was focusing on the music from the get go so I have no idea how accurate my reps are. I'm hoping the squats and knee tucks are on the low side compared to what I hopefully really did, because they are WAAYYYYYYYY lower than Zuzana's. Then again, she is a machine, so of course hers will be almost two times what mine were. The push kick on the squat was a new one for me, so I think that is what slowed me down. I was focusing on really kicking forward vs doing a front leg left. I could definitely feel it in my abs.
P.S why are my asshole neighbors shooting fireworks again? be done with them already!
P.S.S (or is it P.P.S?) thanks again for letting me vent today. it helped me get out of my slumpidy slump. XO

I need that picture so I can tape it to my mirror. I think thats why I focus so hard on squats because I want an ass like that. Or whatever I'm able to make of the one I have. ha! I'm so happy you pushed yourself to do your workout. Go team Peagle!!! LOL!!! haha i'm cracking myself up. Get it? it's our last names meshed into one HAHAHAHA! I swear I need to go to bed.
I'm the worst at counting my reps. I just go till I can't anymore, but I'm happy you try. Also just remember that Zuzana works out every day because people count on her videos. And that's her motivation to keep going. So with this blog of ours and motivating each other. you'll be a machine like her in no time.
